Wills

A Will is a personal document which records the wishes of the Will maker after their death. We recommend that a Will should be reviewed on a 5 yearly basis. When making a will the following should be considered

  • Suitable Trustees

  • Specific gifts of personal items

  • Cash legacies

  • Appointment of guardian for infant children

  • Who you want as Beneficiaries of your estate and protection of inheritances for the beneficiaries

  • Whether you want your body to be buried or cremated

  • Cancellation of any outstanding debt owing to you at the date of your death by your Family Trust or other persons
